This will help our medical professionals to understand your health condition. We aim at making your stay comfortable and also emphasize on saving your time and money. Your reports will be shared with senior and experienced consultants who will give you more information about your treatment plan in advance.
You are requested to share your arrival information before your journey via email or toll-free number. Our call centre and patient service team would not only guide you to the location, but also arrange complimentary airport transfer. Note that the packages we share do not include Outpatient department investigations or procedures. Please speak to the Process Manager, and go through the financial counselling before the admission. If your treatment is covered by insurance, you are advised to bring GOP’s (Guarantee of Payment) letter from the insurance company before any procedures are carried out.
We have been regularly treating overseas patients, where we serve the best non-spicy food. We have in-house language interpreters who would make you feel at home. We also have dedicated case managers who will assist you throughout your stay. Our team is well-trained to help you throughout your stay in the hospital. They will also provide you with the sim card for secure communication.
Our travel desk department would assist you with FRRO clearance, bill updates, Visa extension, hotel, and ticket booking at a reasonable cost. Travel desk would also help you with currency exchange and suggest you book a table for restaurant or accommodation nearby. They can also assist you with shopping, sightseeing and tourism in India.
On your arrival you will be examined by our senior consultants and the treatment plan will be decided accordingly, after which you can make the payment by cash, visa, or mastercard. You can even do a bank transfer.
Please check with your insurance company before your travel regarding the insurance claim. We will reconfirm the same after your arrival.
Stay for companion
We will arrange a free stay for a companion/attendant who can accompany you, and they will be given a I’D card for identification. For the safety purpose, your companion has to carry the I’D card as proof of their identity during the whole stay.
Our dietry departments, offer fresh and hot non-spicy halal foods. You can also make special requests regarding your meals and dietary requirements.
Wifi services are available across the hospitals. To connect, you can open wifi settings and search asterguest. Also, we have single room, twin sharing, deluxe and suit room options for your comfort stay.

What not to carry: Please do not carry satellite phones or electronic cigarettes. Smoking is not allowed inside the hospital premises.
Must Carry: Yellow Vaccination certificate is mandatory to carry for all African visitors/patients.
